How It Works

HeyRoya processes correction materials based on the original catalog and an updated CSV file. All changes are identified, verified, and compiled before the publisher approves the next step.

Source Material

The publisher submits:

  • original catalog: CSV (correction source file)
  • updated CSV file from Kataloghub or equivalent

Comparison and Verification

HeyRoya compares the original catalog with the updated CSV file. Changes are identified and verified according to defined rules.

Approval

The publisher reviews the compiled list of changes. No changes are processed without approval (zero-trust).

After approval, the following is generated:
