What does HeyRoya do?
HeyRoya analyzes catalog metadata, identifies discrepancies, and produces structured reports for internal review. No changes are made without approval.
Does HeyRoya have access to STIM, ICE, or MLC?
No. All analysis is based on submitted files and open sources.
Is HeyRoya a royalty service?
No. HeyRoya handles metadata only.
Is HeyRoya a legal advisory service?
No. HeyRoya provides technical metadata analysis.
Inputs, deliverables, and process
Which file formats can I submit?
CSV, XLSX, and CWR. Multiple files can be combined in one analysis.
What is included in Part 1 (Catalog Scan)?
- identifier checks
- role and share checks
- duplicate detection
- name-variant detection
- missing or conflicting data
- risk classification per work
- health report + worksheet
No corrections are performed in Part 1.
What is included in Part 2 (Corrections)?
- identifier corrections
- normalization of roles and shares
- CWR-compatible correction files
- documentation for PRO/MLC submission
- human validation
- zero-trust confirmation
Only works marked in the worksheet are billed.
How long does an analysis take?
Depends on volume and data quality. Typical ranges:
- 1–50 works: 1–2 business days
- 51–250 works: 3–5 business days
- 251–1 000 works: 7–10 business days
- 1 001–5 000 works: 2–4 weeks
What types of issues does HeyRoya detect?

Scope and access
Can HeyRoya submit metadata to STIM/ICE/MLC?
No. HeyRoya produces documentation that can be used for submission but does not submit data.
Do you need system access?
No. Only file input is required.
Pricing, ordering, and data
How are corrections billed?
Per work that requires action. A minimum invoice applies. No cost for works without discrepancies.
How many works are usually affected?
Typical range in Nordic catalogs: 10–15%. The percentage varies based on data quality.
Can I order only Part 1?
Yes. Part 2 is optional.
Can I get a quote?

Do you delete material after the analysis?
Yes, according to the agreed routine.
