Scope of service
HeyRoya provides metadata analysis and risk detection for music publishing catalogs. The service does not include handling of royalty payouts or direct interaction with CMOs (e.g., STIM, ICE, MLC).
Limitation of liability
All analysis and reports are based on the data provided by the publisher and open external sources. HeyRoya cannot guarantee that a work will be approved by a CMO or that specific amounts will be paid out.
The publisher is responsible for all decisions made based on the reports, including registrations, corrections, and communication with third parties.
Data and privacy
Catalog data is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent. External sources are used only for identifier validation.
Billing
Metadata Health Reports are invoiced according to the agreed pricing model (base fee plus per-work).
