What we do
We correct essential identifiers — ISWC, IPI, role codes, titles, and matching fields — in the publisher's existing catalog. The service is optimised to improve matching against STIM's digital reports.
No metadata reconstruction. No research of missing data. Only correction of what already exists at the publisher.
For whom
Swedish music publishers and rights holders reporting to STIM/ICE/PRO. The service complements the publisher's existing work — it does not replace it.
How we operate
- File-based. No system access at the publisher.
- Zero-trust. No changes without publisher approval.
- Traceable. Every action logged per work.
- Operator-verified. A human makes the decision, not an algorithm.
- No payment-data access. Only metadata is processed.
Operations
HeyRoya is operated from Sweden. All data processing happens on exported files — we have no connection to STIM's or ICE's internal systems. No external database subscriptions, no automatic enrichment.
The service runs quarterly (January, April, July, October) ahead of STIM's digital payouts, or on demand for one-off purchases.

- 2026 Q1: Platform development — operator tools, intake, verification flow.
